CANADA SELF EMPLOYED VISA,CANADA IMMIGRATION AS SELF EMPLOYED,CANADA IMMIGRATION

Canada Self Employed Visa :
The Canada self-employed immigration programme is a business visa service designed for those wishing to live and work in Canada on a permanent basis.
Canadian Self Employed visas, along with the Canadian Immigrant Investor Program or (IIP) and Canadian Entrepreneur Immigrant Programme make up the Canadian Business Immigration Programme, a range of business visas designed to attract Canadian visa applications from people with desirable business skills and experience.
This site can help you to navigate the wide range of visas for Canada available and determine which Canadian business immigration service is most appropriate for your requirements.
As a specialist Canadian immigration consultancy, we can assist you at every stage of your visa application and our immigration consultants can provide everything required for your relocation to Canada from immigration lawyer advice, information on immigration processes and more.
Benefits
Applying for Canadian visas of this kind constitutes a route to settlement in Canada, and accordingly, confers permanent residence status upon successful applicants.
No time restrictions are placed upon a business visa for this route as is the case with temporary immigration services such as the Canadian visit visa.
As permanent residents, candidates will receive the same rights and privileges as Canadian citizens with the exception of the right to vote.
Beyond permanent residency, after three years in Canada, applicants may be able to pursue a grant of Canadian citizenship.
Eligibility Criteria
In Canada, immigration applications of this type do not require a minimum net worth to be demonstrated. However, it is necessary to satisfy an entry clearance officer that you have sufficient capital to settle yourself and your family and to carry out your proposal.
Migration to Canada for the purpose of self-employment requires applicants to be able to contribute to cultural or athletic activities or to purchase and manage a farm.
Candidates may only apply for one type of Canadian business immigration service. Once an application has been made, it is not permitted to switch to an alternative route.
Points System
Applying for a Canadian self employed visa requires a candidate to achieve the minimum pass mark on a points based skills assessment.
Candidates are assessed according to their business experience, educational achievements, age and language proficiency, and must achieve a score of 35 or more points.
Business Experience
Business experience gained in the five years directly prior to an application being submitted is worth between 20 and 35 points.
Education
  • In Canada, visa applications of this kind receive 5-25 points for a candidate's level of education. Points are awarded based on an applicant's highest academic qualification and the amount of time spent in education.
  • Master's degree or PhD and at least 17 years of full-time study - 25 Points.
  • Two or more bachelor's degrees and at least 15 years of full-time study - 22

A self employment visa for Canadian migration allows a successful applicant to become a permanent Canadian resident and as such, points are awarded for proficiency in either French or English, the official languages of Canada.
In cases where a candidate is skilled in both languages, they should select one to be their "first language". The points system awards a maximum of four points for the first language and two points for the second in each of the four assessed ability areas of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

First Language Points awarded per ability area
  • High - 4 Points.
  • Moderate - 2 Points.

Adaptability to life in Canada
Applications for Canadian visas through this route primarily use the same points assessment criteria as both the immigrant investor visa and the entrepreneur visa.
However, in the area of adaptability, a different system is employed which takes into account previous work or study conducted in Canada, Canadian relatives and your partner's education.

Education In Australia,Study In Australia

EDUCATION IN AUSTRALIA :

The Australian school system is regarded as one of the world's best and Australian school teachers are well qualified and highly regarded on an international level.
The Australian education system aims to give all students, regardless of gender, race or religion, the knowledge and skills they need to excel in the rapidly changing world.
Schools in Australia encourage parental involvement and actively help newcomers settle in their new lives.
Sectors of schooling
The Australian education system is broadly divided into five main areas:

  • Preschool
  • Primary school
  • Secondary school
  • University
  • Career and vocational training

Preschool :
Preschool generally refers to education that is provided for children in the year prior to their first year of full-time primary school.
Preschool is largely seasonal, and operates only during school terms for children from 3 years old till school starting age.
Preschools may be operated by government, community organisations or the private sector.
Primary school :
Primary school is for ages 6 to 11/12 (Year 1 to Year 6 or 7).
Secondary school :
Secondary school is for ages 12 to 16 years (Year 7 or 8 to Year 10). Year 11 and 12 are the senior secondary levels that must be completed for university entrance.
Schooling is compulsory for students in most states and territories until the age of 15. Although students are able to leave at that time, most students stay at school until they complete their Year 10 qualification, with many students continuing on to complete their Year 12 studies.
University :
There are 39 universities in Australia ranging in size from around 3,000 students to 50,000 students - the majority of these universities are government run.
Australian universities offer undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in traditional and modern subject areas such as innovative courses in IT, electronic business and science.
University courses begin early in March and finish in late November. The year is divided into two semesters with some universities offering mid-year entry at the beginning of the second semester. A few universities have a trimester system.
Career and Vocational Training :
The Australian vocational education and training system is increasingly  seen as a world leader.
It offers a range of qualifications that are recognised in the workplace, and vocational institutions are closely linked with industry. Courses are developed in consultation with industry organisations and employers.
Courses are offered at private institutions or Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutes. They vary from six months to three years.
The School Year :
The Australian school year, which starts in January and ends in December, is made up of two six-month semesters each with two terms.
Courses are structured into six or three month units.
Private vs. public schooling :
Children can be educated at either public (state government) or private (independent) schools throughout Australia.
About 30% of school-age children (mainly at the secondary level) attend 'private' or 'independent' schools, which charge tuition fees, and in many cases are run by religious organisations.
Many private schools provide boarding accommodation and usually cater for boys and girls separately.
Although the majority of these schools charge low fees there is still a significant proportion with fees in excess of AUS$10,000 per annum for day students and AUS$20,000 for boarders.
Most leading fee-paying schools have preparatory sections.
Education at public schools is free in most states, although most schools have a small voluntary annual fee to cover extra activities.
Parents of children at public schools may also have to purchase such items as books and uniforms and pay for outings and camps etc.
Most public schools are coeducational, with girls and boys encouraged to participate equally in class.
Enrolling children into school :
To enrol children in a school, contact the school by telephone or in person.
Applicants will need to take their visa or entry documents, proof of date of birth and any papers including school reports relating to their previous education.
Applicants may also need to show immunisation documents.
If a family is planning to send their children to a public school, their choice will be limited by where they choose to live, particularly at primary school age.
The Commonwealth Department of Education, Training and Youth Affairs website has links to the state and territory government education department sites, which in turn will enable you to access websites of individual schools in the area where you intend to live.
If a family is planning on sending their children to a private school a good place to start researching is the website of the Association of Independent Schools in the state or territory in which they will be living.
The AIS site contains links to the websites of individual schools.
Similarities and Differences Between Australian and UK Education :
The Australian system of education and teaching is essentially similar to the UK, although there are some differences worthy of note.
The Australian education system is based on a curriculum framework that all schools adhere to. This framework is similar to the national curriculum in the UK.
However, instead of the UK's prescriptive, content dominated and assessment based national curriculum, Australian schools can focus on developing children's learning and thinking skills.
Furthermore, teachers in Australia are given the opportunity to develop integrated courses that tailor content to the needs of individuals and their communities.
Teachers in Australia are not required, as is the case in the UK, to adopt a nationally imposed and unvarying strategy, which lays down both what is taught and how it is taught.
In Australia, public examinations are confined to the last two years of schooling whereas in the UK children are formally examined almost every year of their educational lives.
Information and communications technology (ICT) is well catered for in Australian schools, with the major difference in this area between the UK and Australia being the level of funding available.
Australian schools have benefited from a massive state investment in computers and many schools have a ratio of one networked and internet enabled PC to every three children (roughly three times better than even the best equipped UK state school).
Living expenses and tuition costs in Australia are considerably less expensive than in the UK. A recent Australian government study found that total costs (tuition fees and living costs) in the UK are more expensive compared to Australia.

Ireland Student Visa, Ireland visa, Ireland student visa requirements

Ireland Student Visa

Applying for an Irish student visa allows a foreign national the opportunity to immigrate to Ireland on a temporary basis in order to undertake a course of study in the country
Studying in Ireland is an increasingly popular option for undergraduates across the world; Ireland offers a long history of excellence in learning with nine universities, fourteen institutes of technology and a host of other educational establishments.
Immigration to Ireland has grown significantly in recent years due in part to a comparatively liberal immigration policy coupled with the high quality of life which can be obtained in the country.
As a specialist immigration consultancy, Global visas can help you to assess your eligibility and embark upon the most appropriate method of immigrating to Ireland.
Visas of any type can be obtained from a short-terms Irish tourist visa to long-term work and business visa services and our immigration consultants can provide immigration lawyer expertise throughout your move.
Visa applications will be managed and monitored at every stage and a Global visas migration consultant will be able to advise you from your initial application through to our range of on arrival services
.
Visa Benefits
In Ireland, study visas allow their holders to live and work in Ireland for as long as they need to complete their course.
In Ireland, visas of this kind are issued as either a "C visa" for those applicants whose courses will last less than three months or "D visas" for those who wish to study in Ireland for longer than three months.
Whilst in Ireland, study visa status is not in its own right a route to permanent settlement in Ireland, the Graduate Programme will in some circumstance enable students to switch to an Irish work visa.
This may, in time, lead to the opportunity to apply for permanent residence and naturalisation as an Irish citizen.
Ireland also permits foreign nationals studying in the country to undertake a limited amount of work in order to help support themselves and any dependents.

Visa Eligibility:
In Ireland, immigration for candidates wishing to apply for an Irish student visa requires that the following criteria be met.

  • A letter of acceptance must be provided demonstrating that an applicant has been offered a place on a full time course of study at a recognised Irish educational institution. The course must involve at least fifteen hours of study per week.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate evidence of enough funds to support themselves and any dependents joining them in the country.
  • It must be shown that the course fees have been paid in full.
  • Private medical insurance must be arranged and documentary evidence of this must be provided.
  • It must be the candidate's demonstrable intention to return to their own country at the end of their period of study.

In addition, although English is described in the Irish constitution as the second official language, the first being Irish Gaelic, it is nonetheless spoken far more widely and is the primary language in which tuition will be given.
As a result, candidates applying for an Irish study visa must be able to show proficiency in the English language to a sufficient degree to allow them to successfully pursue the course.

Working
Successful applicants in possession of an Irish study permit are permitted to work in Ireland part time in order to supplement their income. Students may work part-time up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Spouse and Dependent Immigration:
In Ireland, visa applications for students may result in a successful candidate being in the country for a period of several years.
As a result, family immigration is permitted for the spouse and/or dependents of the primary applicant. Dependents entering the country under a family visa service of this kind will be permitted to reside in the country for as long as the principle applicant's course of study in Ireland.
Student visa holder's dependents will only be permitted to work full time with a valid Irish Work Permit.

Additional Information - The Graduate Scheme:
In Ireland, student visas are accompanied by the Graduate Scheme, which allows those candidates  who successfully obtain a degree form a tertiary educational institution in Ireland to extend their stay by an additional six months.
Applicants may approach the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service to  obtain this extended grant of which the crucial benefit is the ability to seek and undertake employment.
If a candidate successfully finds an appropriate position, they may be able to apply to live and work in Ireland under an Irish work permit or by applying for an Irish Green Card.

Each year around 130,000 students choose to conduct their studies in the country, in addition to many more who apply for a Canadian visa in order to learn English or French.
Canadian student visas will give you the benefit of working on campus, and whilst living in Canada, visas of this kind enable you to submit an application for a student visa extension whilst you are already in the country.

If you want to study in Canada, immigration consultants at Global Visa can offer a complete Canadian visa service covering everything you will require from immigration lawyer expertise, detailed information on the processes of immigration and more.
In Canada student visa provision is intended as a temporary Canadian immigration service. In this respect it is similar to a Canadian visit visa, or tourist visa and a Canadian work permit in that it is issued on a short-term basis only.
Unlike a Canadian skilled worker visa, or any of the business visa options under the business immigrant programme, it is not intended as a route to settled status or permanent residency and it does not afford the opportunity to apply for Canadian citizenship.
A student permit is issued with the requirement that you will leave once your study period is complete.
Benefits :
Besides the benefits of broadening your horizons by applying for a Canadian study permit, it may also benefit you once you are in the country.
In some circumstances, such as short term studying for periods of less than six months, study visas are not required. However, having one will allow you to extent your time in the country should you  to further your studies. Without a permit, it would be necessary to return home and submit a new application.
In addition, although they are not regarded as work visas, Canadian student permits will allow you to work part time on the campus of the educational institution with which you are registered.
If you are studying in Manitoba, New Brunswick or Quebec you may also be able to work off campus. In such circumstances, you will also require a working permit.
Eligibility :
Applications for student visas should be submitted as soon as possible once you have received an acceptance letter from the educational institution.
To submit a Canadian visa application of this kind you will need to satisfy the following criteria:
You must be in possession of an acceptance letter from the school or educational institution which you will attend.

  • You must provide evidence that you have sufficient funds to pay school fees and to reside in close proximity to the school.
  • You must be able to demonstrate that it is your intention to return home when your studies are complete.
  • You may be required to pass a medical exam.
  • You will need to obtain a temporary resident visa if required.

Temporary Resident Visas :

Canadian visas of this type are required for nationals of  some countries who wish to temporarily live inCanada in order to study. You may submit an application for a temporary resident visa at the same time as your permit for study.

Global visas are happy to help you determine whether or not you will require this type of permit.
In some circumstances, when entering Canada, study visa applications are not necessary.
A Minor Already in Canada :
If you are a minor child, already in Canada whose parents are not classed as visitors to Canada, you will require a visa for study.
Foreign Representatives in Canada :
If you are related to, or are a member of staff of a foreign representative, you will be exempt.
